today i wake up midnight 4am is cos tummy hurt me until i cant take it ..

than i bo bian have to call ahma to wake up and make some warm water for me .

than after i drink le .. i jiu take the pink medic .

thn ahma apply oil on my tummy .

VERY HOT on my tummy ..

but my whole body very cold :(

i hate this feeling . i also dun know why ..
